Refund policy

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.

Note: All items are non-returnable unless you receive the wrong size or your order is damaged. You have 48 hours from the date of receipt to submit a return.

To submit a return, please email creativir.helpteam@gmail.com. Include your name, the issue, and your order number in the email.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

All sales are final we do not allow exchanges

European Union:

In addition to the above, if you are shipping your order into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. As before, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
